On Monday morning, the Stockton Activity Group took part in a chair-based exercise routine to help with mobility and fine motor skills. The group was well attended and it was great to see some people that we hadn’t seen since before Christmas.

On Monday afternoon we had a Musical Memories session with Trish at the Billingham Activity Group. Some of the songs included:

  • Umpapa, That’s How It Goes
  • You’re My Best Friend
  • Ghost Riders In The Sky
  • Fields of Athenry
  • La Bamba
  • Twist and Shout

Nobody attended the Young Onset Activity Group on Monday afternoon at the LiveWell Hub.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Thornaby Activity Group we had a random activity session, where we discussed changes in different household items throughout the years, played music that matched different moods then made our own creative Chef Menu, where the group came up with the following five courses:

On Thursday, the Eaglescliffe Activity Group had their first seated exercise session. It is always a fun activity and the background music encouraged some of our group members to get up to have a dance.

Next week we have our Stockton Veterans Group on Friday, where we will be celebrating Burns Night.
