Join ‘Just Yoga @Home’ by Living Active and benefit from 5 FREE* virtual yoga classes using Zoom. You can pick and mix from any of the classes available on the timetable (subject to change). All abilities welcomed and catered for.

Strengthen your body, improve your balance, increase your flexibility. Reconnect with your breath and find a CALM space in your busy world! Yoga has a multitude of benefits, on or off the mat. With yoga in your life, you will soon notice the physical benefits of better strength, balance and flexibility. However, you will no doubt discover that making the time to reconnect with your breath and find a calm space will lead to a multitude of other benefits, for example, better sleep, less stress/anxiety. Who wouldn’t want that?!

  1. Click on ‘Sign up here’ below, which opens the Just Yoga online class schedule
  2. Click on ‘Follow’
  3. Register your details with Gymcatch
  4. Let Alison know you have signed up for Gymcatch by emailing so your account can be credited with 5 free classes (worth £15)

Please note: *We ask that all beneficiaries provide a written review of the classes for use by both Gymcatch and Young At Heart ULO. **Credits limited to 1 per household and subject to availability. ***Must be claimed by 31st December 2020.
